How long will it take to pass?

The DSA states that on average it takes about 45 hrs with a driving instructor and 20 hrs of private practice in order to pass your driving test.  However since each person is different I simply promise that I will help you pass in as few hours as is possible.

BEWARE - It’s illegal for the person to use a mobile phone while they are supervising you.

What do I need  before I start my lessons?

You need to be at least 17 years old and have a provisional driving licence before you can have a driving lesson.  You can click on this link to apply for your Provisional Driving Licence on the official .Gov website. Further details on the requirements and costs of your licence can also be found on that site.

On your first lesson I will ask to see your photocard provisional licence.  I will also check your eyesight.
